Registration

Registration Form will be available from September 10, 2026.

20% VAT is included.

The registration fees include:

• admission to scientific sessions
• electronic book of abstracts
• all coffee breaks
• lunch breaks
• welcome reception
• congress kit
• certificate of attendance

*This registration fee only applies to full time students and doctoral students registered at a university. The “Student” must certify to be entitled to the reduced registration fee and provide a copy of student ID, a certification of enrolment or certification of employment during the registration process. Please note, in case of uploading an invalid document, the Organizer will not refund paid Student Registration fee. It is only possible to pay supplement up to the full Delegate Registration fee. In such case, you will receive a note from the Organizer by email.

Payment

Payment of the registration fee is possible by credit-card online or by bank transfer. You can access the registration form for the payment method of your choice from the registration page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy. A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the Secretariat via email at vas2027@congrexpo.co.rs before February 10, 2027, 23:59 CEST. Refunds will be issued after the Congress.

After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros. VAS 2027 Organizers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
In case of cancellation of participation, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50 € per person. To avoid additional costs, we kindly ask European citizens to do the payment via bank transfer!
